We are seeking a Service Scheduling Coordinator to help partner customer requests for service with our field service team. This role is HYBRID out of our Wood Dale, IL office - 3 days onsite and 2 days remotely. Hours are 9:00am-5:30pm.

This Coordinator will be responsible for customer resolution, scheduling coordination, proactive scheduling (outbound), and escalation support. A successful candidate needs to be able to adapt in a high paced environment and work with different level of customer requests while balancing the coordination of different field service technicians.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as a communication liaison between Customer and Service Technicians

  • Partner with Field Service Managers as well as Management for Customer Escalations

  • Drive Scheduling effectiveness utilizing Field Service Lightening (FSL) to enable Field Service team (CSEs) delivery of service in a timely manner to meet or exceed customer expectations and SLAs

  • Monitor Phone Queue to minimize customer wait times and drive to quick customer resolution

KEY METRICS

  • Daily Phone Queue and Service Level Agreements in Customer Answering and Wait Times

  • Install Scheduling/Proactive Service Scheduling

  • Month End Reporting, KPIs

  • Additional ad hoc TBD

What you will need:

  • PC Skills (Microsoft Office)

  • Very good understanding of service scheduling

  • Hands-on experience with customer interactions, driving higher customer satisfaction

  • Strong communication skills, attention to details, able to multi-task and organized

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • FSL experience, preferred

  • Self-starter attitude and ability to exercise sound judgement to solve difficult problems without direct supervision

  • Ability to work cross functionally

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $25.00 - $27.00 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
