As a Videojet associate you will:

From strategy to impact, you'll assume responsibilities that challenge and stretch you as you drive continuous improvement throughout Videojet. Through this internship assignment, you will work through challenging projects that provide exciting opportunities to gain real-world experience.

The Videojet Human Resources Team has an opening for a creative and dynamic storyteller as an Internal Communications Intern .

In this role, you will work directly with our Sr. Director of Internal Communications and associates at all levels of the global organization to develop compelling collateral, digital assets and campaigns that will drive and directly impact the success of the Videojet employer brand.

Specific projects and responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Creation of newsletter article and campaign content for current and future use. This will entail interviewing associates, compiling information from various global sources, copywriting and editing features including:

  • Career Success Stories

  • New Hire Spotlights

  • Celebrating Diversity, Equity & Inclusion

  • Vision and Culture Features

  • Development of associate and candidate facing collateral (Videos, Flyers, Job Descriptions, Infographics, etc.) and messaging for campaigns, as needed.

  • Coordination of campaign execution through various communication channels, including

  • Corporate website

  • Intranet

  • Social media

  • Email communications

  • And more

  • Research and benchmarking both within Veralto operating companies and externally on best practices related to employee communications, online recruiting campaigns and social media best practices.

  • Development and execution of new template, look and feel for interoffice bulletin board displays.

  • Ad hoc research and support on HR communications and events, as needed..

Qualifications :

Videojet is seeking a talented and dynamic undergraduate college student for the Internal Communications Intern role. Candidates should:

  • Be working towards an undergraduate degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or English.

  • Have a GPA of 3.0 or above and be in good standing

  • Have a passion for writing, problem solving and determination to succeed

  • Have a high level of professionalism

  • Be social media savvy

  • Have US work authorization

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $20.00 - $25.00 USD per hour.

We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
