Veralto Supervisor - Instrument Manufacturing in Thailand

• Accountable for daily management of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, Cost, People, 5S and VES related topics in instrument manufacturing.

• Plan, organize, supervise, communicate, and take actions to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing operations.

• Oversee and maintain production data to ensure an updated database in an easily assessable (Oracle, Teams, MES) systems.

• Provide accurate and updated records/ data to relevant parties, e.g. quality, logistics and production control to support a smooth cooperation and effective communication among all relevant departments.

• Coordinate and work with applicable functions for daily, weekly, monthly activities to ensure manufacturing operations run according to established facility specifications, including performance and behavioral objectives.

• Review and analyze production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to determine causes of nonconformity with product specification, and operating or production problems.

• Support production management, e.g. engagement, staffing, performance appraisal, motivation, training in the department.

• Perform other functions as necessary or as assigned by Manager.
