Reporting to the Marketing VP the Global Director, Growth Marketing is responsible for driving growth by building, executing, and optimizing our customer acquisition strategy. You will plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns, tracking performance across touchpoints and channels such as email, webinars, case studies, digital channels, conferences and other in-person events. You will serve as a player-coach, leading and managing a team of marketing professionals to drive winning results and energetic engagement. You will flex between strategic and tactical perspectives, with a desire to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.
The role can be based remotely with up to 25% domestic and international travel.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, setting goals and expectations, and providing guidance and servant leadership
Plan and develop demand generation strategies to generate high-quality sales funnel growth
Oversee integrated campaign execution, including lead nurturing, segmentation, content creation, and testing
Instill regular experimentation and a focus on continuous learning and adapting.
Own marketing campaign performance analytics to continue to improve campaign effectiveness.
Partner with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with sales, customer success and product management goals and targets.
Analyze and refine channel strategies to maximize ROI and reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Manage the marketing budget to strategically allocate resources and partner with Finance on accurate monthly adjustments
The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s degree; MBA or other advanced degree a plus.
5-10 years’ experience in demand generation with B2B or B2G SaaS organizations
3+ years’ experience leading teams
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels and driving business growth
Hands-on experience with marketing automation, Salesforce and other MarTech stack tools
Experience taking a data-driven approach to problem-solving, maximizing performance, and adapting strategies as needed
Demonstrated experience scaling demand generation programs with evidence of increasing revenue impact
Experience working in organizations with an agile culture a plus
Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and drive continuous improvement across all levels of the organization

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $130,000.00 - $170,000.00 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
