LATAM is an important growth vector for Veralto. With over 1500 associates, LATAM has contributed to $500M in revenues in 2022. The complexity and unique needs of these distinct markets will continue to require focus, attention, and support to enable Operating Company success. Videojet is a big part of this growth and revenue, represent $200M

The Videojet HR Director for LATAM will be part of the LATAM Leadership Team and reports into the Global Vice-President of HR – Videojet and dotted line to the Commercial Videojet VP. This position is also responsible to lead and be a liaison of Global HR and local associates of other PQI Operating Companies in the region.

The incumbent will be a strong HR business partner, able to interact and have the right impact with senior leaders across Videojet. This resource will be the primary owner of identifying, assessing, and developing talent in LATAM and leading key interventions to get the right talent for critical roles that will support the growth expected in the Region.

Key responsibilities:

As this is an experienced HR leadership role, the main responsibilities of the role will be:

Strategy & Culture

  • Be the Strategic HR Partner to the Regional Commercial Vice-President of Videojet Latin America to identify, assess, and action cross PQI Operating Company regional HR strategies to support the organizational and talent needs currently or in the future, operating in the region.

  • Partner with the country HR and commercial leaders to drive strategic/growth initiatives in the region.

  • Provide insights to develop and execute a winning localization strategy including developing programs to establish and develop the overall Videojet culture focused on the Videojet core values.

Talent

  • As Talent Manager for the region, define and implement a regional talent strategy in collaboration with Global, High Growth Market & Regional Leadership. Drive internal fills, cross-Operating Company Succession planning & development of L1/L2 leaders, and associate engagement.

  • Actively partner with Global, HGM & functional leadership to build Organizational capability and deliver high impact Talent Solutions

  • Implement strategies to attract and recruit top & diverse talent across the region, including proactively developing a preferred panel network, and working with key partners in a structured manner to recruit the best candidate for the role within the defined timelines.

Operational Effectiveness and Building HR Capability

  • Mentor, coach and develop the in-region Videojet HRBPs to become more impactful, strategic HR leaders.

  • Drive synergies and harness benefits of economies of scale.

  • Review and support implement policies and processes across the various OpCo’s and the Corporate team as needed. Leverage collaborative relationships to develop consensus which bridge across different OpCo related policies.

  • Lead the implementation of Videojet global HR initiatives where required.

  • Ensure compliance with employment-related laws. Represent, or aid in the representation of, the Company on related litigation

Candidate Specifications

  • 18+ years of HR Business Partner & Leadership experience with exposure in Recruiting, Talent Management and Employee Engagement functions.

  • More than 5 years of recruitment and talent management experience with focus on sales/growth and technology roles;

  • Must have worked in a matrix environment.

  • MBA/Post Graduation in HR preferred

  • Demonstrated experience acting as a strategic business partner

  • Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English
