About The Role

As the Senior Benefits Analyst, you will provide administrative, transactional and analytical support for Veralto’s international health and welfare, risk, retirement and wellbeing benefits.

You will work closely with the Senior Director, Global Benefits as a critical team player for the ongoing delivery of international benefit plan operations and work in partnership with the rest of the Benefits team to enhance / improve the operations and delivery of our benefit and wellbeing programs.

This role is remote.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on the development / deployment of employee benefits strategy, design, implementation, and communication / education strategy by providing OpCo / country VOC

  • Collaborate with Shared Services on administration of global programs by providing OpCo/ country VOC

  • Support vendors to deliver compliant benefit administration including enrollment and data management

  • Support global benefits harmonization and multinational pooling efforts across OpCos by acting as OpCo / country SME

  • Support on a regional basis, global wellbeing program design, development of wellbeing champion network and global expansion

  • Partner with consultants and other CoE members to support benefits program benchmarking opportunities

  • Timely respond to benefits related customer service and lower level escalation processes.

  • Timely respond to benefits related escalations / appeals standard work

  • Stay well-informed of ongoing regional legislation influencing benefits offerings and implications, and remain partnered closely with stakeholdersin other functions to ensure benefit programs are compliant with all laws, regulations and policies

Job Requirements

The essential requirements of the job include:  

  • BS or BA Degree or equivalent work experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Retirement and Health Benefit Design and Delivery. Large market Retirement and Health consulting and/or benefits administration experience highly desired.

  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills 

  • Strong project management acumen and expertise; experience in professional services/consulting highly desired.

  • Continuous improvement mentality to analyze, translate, determine root causes, develop action plans, and implement plan of action as necessary. 

  • High energy with a strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.  

  • Aptitude to make confidential decisions while remaining nimble and quickly reacting to changing priorities on a real-time basis. 

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Workday

  • International benefits database
