About the role:

Reporting to the Vice President, Veralto Enterprise System (VES), the Senior Global VESL is a senior management level position responsible for leading the entire suite of VES processes . This position will be the instrumental coach and trainer of leaders and associates to enable process improvements and sustainment of market leading results using VES tools. The position will leverage all aspects of the VES domain (including fundamentals, growth, innovation, and operational excellence) to support key projects and initiatives globally. This role is a highly dynamic position, with influence across the regions and functions, and with high impact to Hach’s overall strategic goals.

This position is part of the VES (Veralto Enterprise System) team, located in the United States or Europe and will be hybrid/remote depending on location of selected candidate.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and execute key strategic projects to accelerate impact and business results. Examples may include: leading policy deployment initiatives, driving inorganic and organic growth projects, accelerating critical problem solving, and building function capability

  • Coach and support the daily implementation of VES processes with functional leaders, regional VPGMs, and region based VESLs :

  • Champion the use of the problem solving and partner to identify which VES tool must be applied and when.

  • Provide coaching and guidance for daily management, visual project management, and Growth Rooms.

  • Regularly review performance and partner with senior leaders to define short-term and long-term VES strategies.

  • Drive and sustain Hach’s global innovation and commercial processes with VES rigor:

  • Build a robust product roadmap and pipeline to support organic and inorganic growth

  • Develop and launch new products on-time with visual project management (VPM)

  • Support global deployment of regional commercial best practices

  • Support in the planning, facilitation, implementation, and sustainment of kaizen activities:

  • Guide pre-work and sustainment of the Kaizen process and provide training on key VES Tools (Kaizen, PSP, Daily Management, etc.)

  • Ensure and conduct regular reviews of kaizen charter creation, review, approval, and pre-work that drive successful kaizen preparation, and kaizen sustainment.

  • Develop talent capability and culture development in the commercial and innovation functions:

  • Own VES immersion for L1, L2, and L3 leaders.

  • Mentor future VES talent in application of commercial tools (through direct and indirect leadership).

  • Required business travel 50% of the time.

Are you qualified?

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.

  • Minimum 15 years of experience deploying continuous improvement and/or VES processes, with a focus on fundamentals (PSP, VMDM, SW).

  • Process-oriented leader with passion for detail and who has demonstrated experience building followership with diverse teams to drive a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Must be able to set and attain strategic (long and short-term) goals and initiate actions to resolve problems and improve products and processes.

  • Must be able to provide concise executive summaries of business performance issues, changes needed or made, results delivered and leverage strong computer skills (data analysis, word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, statistical tools).

PRE-EMPLOYMENT TESTING

External hiring into this position is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check and possible credit history review.

The salary range for this role is $199,133 – 221,100. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado . This range may be modified in the future.
