Supplies Field Sales Representative role is an outstanding opportunity to drive growth through current and new business opportunities, with the relevant training provided to learn our products and industry, the objective is strengthening our incremental sales revenue growth by acquiring new and existing customers through the execution of projects. You will work closely with a dedicated sales and service teams and will visit customers on a regular basis. In this role you will be part of our Inside Sales Team based in Videojet Office in Ataşehir, Istanbul.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Monitor regularly the supplies' needs in the customers' portfolio
Find ways to regain companies that use substitute products
Update Salesforce with the data after visits and identified opportunities
Collaborate with the equipment sales team, conducting sample studies for the selected customers, recommending the right product and addressing the related issues
Follow the Return Manufacturing Authorization process (RMA) of problematic ribbons and cartridges from the customers abroad to the internal departments
The essential requirements of the job include:
Commercial and business management and/or technical education, a degree in Business Management is an advantage (Bachelor’s degree)
3-5 years of experience in sales
Advanced knowledge of Turkish and English
Knowledge of a CRM (preferably Salesforce) would be a plus
Solution-oriented teamplayer with analytical mindset
