The Product manager for Enfocus Switch is responsible for creating the vision and shape the future of Enfocus Switch and its adjacencies, including Enfocus Review, the Enfocus AppStore and all workflow solutions, creating a community and everything you can expect from a modern and open automation platform. You will be located in Ghent, Belgium, or, if necessary, remote.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Gain understanding of market and create segmentation views with clarity on target segments and growth expectation.

  • Listen to and collaborate with our customers and channel partners to gain a deep understanding of their business needs. Translate these business needs into impactful, innovative, easy to use solutions ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.

  • Work with R&D on building and grooming user requirements for development, helping on prioritization and trade-off for releasing.

  • Create a compelling product vision and roadmap, evangelizing your product internally and externally to a global audience.

  • Craft value propositions and work with Sales and Marketing on the messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation to ensure world-class product launches.

  • Closely follow the competitive landscape and act upon disruptive changes.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent by experience.

  • Extended knowledge of the graphic arts and printing industry.

  • Willingness to travel to customers, channel partners, trade shows, user events, …

  • History of customer facing roles.

  • Keen interest in new technologies, automation, API, cloud, AI, and SaaS solutions and basic knowledge of agile software development methodologies.

  • Fluent in English, other languages are a bonus.
